    In terms of pedigree...
Wild Desert is a perfect outcross for the majority of mares as he is free of connections to Northern Dancer and
Mr. Prospector. He is a son of Grade One-winning millionaire Wild Rush, and grandson of Breeder’s Cup winner
Wild Again, who has enjoyed a resurgence of media attention through his relation to 2009 two-year-old
    Champion filly SHE BE WILD.

Wild Desert is owned by a group of experienced and leading horsemen who have wholeheartedly  supported this
horse with their best mares in the belief that he has the potential to be a top sire. As a life-long horse owner and
New York breeder myself, I am mating 8 mares with Wild Desert in 2010, and sincerely suggest you consider the
same with your mare(s). Wild Desert is fully nominated to the Breeder’s Cup and New York Stallion Stakes; he
will stand this year for a fee of $3,000 (payable when foal stands and nurses).

The best safeguard in any challenging marketplace is value. Dollar-for-dollar, Wild Desert puts the odds in your
favor in every key category to produce sound, athletic racehorses--the only way we, as breeders, are rewarded.
With fewer mares currently being bred at this time, staying in the NY Program will give you both a better shot at,
and a bigger share of, state-bred purses.

Crossing the finish line first starts with the breeding shed. Whatever you choose to do, when considering a
stallion--please don’t breed to crooked-legged horses! Offset knees, rotations, and twists are mostly hereditary
and can’t withstand the rigors of training, let alone the pressure of racing. Breeding responsibly and producing
horses for strength and durability will give you a competitive edge in the NY Bred Program.

Please do not hesitate to contact me personally at 518 966 5936 or 1 877 WINS BIG to discuss your 2010
    breeding plans.

    Respectfully, Susan Kayne
Wild Desert possesses all of the
attributes to be a highly successful sire:
    conformation, speed, stamina, heart,
    durability, turf, dirt, and
    temperament. He retired clean-legged
    and sound after accumulating
    $1,042,674 in earnings and winning
    North America’s Classic, the Queen’s
Plate. His first crop, born in 2009, are a
    group of physically outstanding
yearlings; he has stamped them all with
    the correctness of his conformation,
solid top line, stout chest, powerful hind-
end, and good disposition. In my
opinion, he passes on all the right traits
for his progeny to succeed at the track.
